SMS consent
Last updated October 27, 2026. Draft for review.
When texting starts
A business's own texts begin once the carriers have approved it for business texting (a registration we file for each client). Until then, Forge books the visit by phone, and the confirmation text is sent once the registration is approved.
What we text
BridgeforgeAI texts business owners who apply on our website (updates on their application) and our clients' teams (alerts, the daily and Monday summaries, and the Forge invite). For our clients, Forge texts their customers: appointment confirmations, on-the-way messages, reminders, replies to missed calls, and, if the business turns it on, a review request after a visit.
How you agree
On our website, you check the box on the form. Our clients' customers agree with the business they called, for example by saying yes when Forge asks "Can I text you a confirmation?". Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything.
How often
Message frequency varies with your appointments and activity, usually a few messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number; we confirm once and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email info@bridgeforgeai.com.
Your number
We don't sell or share mobile numbers or text consent with anyone for their marketing. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
