Terms of service

Last updated October 27, 2026. Draft for review.

Who we are

BridgeforgeAI is a Colorado business. These terms cover Forge, our client portal at bridgeforgeai.com/clients, the Forge field app, and the receptionist and website chat we set up for your business. By using them, your business agrees to these terms.

Plans and billing

Plans are Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise, billed monthly or annually in US dollars, as listed on our pricing page. Each plan includes receptionist call minutes and team members each month. Unused minutes roll over for up to two months, within your plan year. Past your minutes, extra minutes are $0.39 each, up to a monthly spending cap you choose ($0 to $250, or none); at the cap, calls ring through to your phone. Setup is $249 once, waived with annual billing.

Fair use

Forge's answers to your team, website chat replies, and the documents you upload aren't charged extra. They have fair-use limits per plan, shown on your Plan & usage page. We tell you at 80% and 100%. Uploads pause when your space is full. If your use stays well above your plan, we'll talk with you about the right plan before anything changes.

Canceling

Monthly plans cancel any time and end at the close of the billing month. Annual plans run for the year. When you cancel, you can export your data for 30 days, and then we delete it.

What Forge does, and doesn't

Forge is an AI assistant. It answers and books by your rules and tells callers it's an AI assistant when asked. It isn't an emergency service: for emergencies it gives the safety steps we set (such as leaving the home and calling 911) and alerts your on-call people, and you're responsible for responding. Forge doesn't diagnose equipment or make up prices; it shares only the prices you give it.

Your data

Your business's data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models. Our Privacy page explains what we collect and how long we keep it.

Texting and calling your customers

You're responsible for having your customers' consent to the texts and calls Forge makes for your business, such as confirmations, reminders, and review requests. Forge honors STOP replies and quiet hours.

Your agreements with your customers

Maintenance plans, estimates, invoices, and any agreement document you upload for your customers are yours. You're responsible for their content, for the plan terms and prices you set, and for meeting the laws that apply to them, including automatic-renewal and cancellation rules where you do business. We keep the record of what a customer agreed to and when; we don't review or advise on the agreement itself.

Acceptable use

Don't use Forge for unlawful calls or texts, to collect payment card numbers by voice, or to mislead callers.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Questions: info@bridgeforgeai.com.
